If you look at the HTML source code of the sign-up page, there is a name and 
address in there to contact if you have any questions concerning source 
code.  I don't know if that note appeared on the displayed page.

I can confirm this. I have an account with Myrealbox and I can't
send any mail either. I was able to sign up with them using
Arachne, but that was over six weeks ago. No problem reading
mail--either web or POP3, but can't send mail.

Something changed. But I don't understand what.<<
