AFAIK, all URLs and even e-mail addresses past the "@" are case
sensitive. The only time they might not be would be on a [yechhhh]
dozerware server.
To the IXish programs, THISFILE.exe is different from THISfile.exe and
thisfile.EXE, and ../downloads/ is totally NOT ../Downloads/ or
/downLoads/
