As I explained in a previous post, I just write all the different
needed lines in one wattcp.cfg and then copy it to each
application subdirectory.
It works for: Arachne, Bobcat, SMTPOP, PMPOP, UKA_PPP, Minuet,
HTGet and Lynx.
I never used PATH.CFG in any way.
I have used this procedure with LSPPP with excellent results.
When the packets are loaded, I see in my screen as wattcp.cfg
is copied to each subdirectory. At that moment, I am sure I am
correctly connected to my server.
