NT as a web-browser is a bit of a joke. It *can* display images (I think)
but is basically a text-only browser (and not too good at that).
I use it solely for email and NGs (at which it is superb, IMO) but Arachne
is the only DOS browser worthy of the name to my knowledge.
(Have you thought about Linux?)
