There is another respectable DOS browser, Lynx386, not graphic though it can
display graphics on a separate screen when used with a graphic viewer like
Pictview.

Linux has a whole lot better choice of Internet applications, including Web 
browsers, than does DOS.  In addition to the budding Arachne, there is Amaya,
Arena (lame duck?), Netscape, Emacs W3, Lynx, Chimera (also lame duck?)
