Like I figured ... Arachne doesn't "resize" anything.  It just fits it
to the box in the html with the dimensions you set up.

Every browser does that.  It has nothing to do with "resizing" the actual
graphic. 

And here I thought that just maybe you were talking about something
unique and/or special with Arachne.  sheesh!

Don't believe me, try it yourself.  Find a "resized" graphic and do a
right click ... then check the title bar and you'll see it's at its
actual size.  I think I have one on my links page IIRC ...

  If it doesn't, then that's a bug that Michael needs to fix.  Of
course, not a lot of people are running 16 color VGA ...
