Since it is never really "at the new size" it would be pretty damn hard
to save it, Glenn or no Glenn.
Think of graphics as just one more font type ... I type ascii text in an
html and tell it to display as Arial or some such, and that is how it is
displayed; I tell it size=3 and it makes it appear on screen as size 3.
But the text hasn't changed in the html code, and if you save the page
the text will be ascii text.
When you tell a browser to display a graphic with height=200 and
width=200 it will do that, but the graphic doesn't change from its
original size and never will.
