Dear Sam:
Notwithstanding all this great stuff to download and test,
Skipper looked interesting, but when I went to the New Deal site it
was all locked out with Javascript and looks like it needs Netscape
anyway to access. So did NCSA Telnet. So for all but Bobcat/lynx this
looks a little futile. I will of course look at this again if I get
some more time on my hands. One exception, however good or bad, was
the Spin web browser, that is created apparently, by a group in the
Netherlands. Thanks very much for the info to everybody.
