yes ... it requires a packet driver + wattcp.cfg
it is a port from the original unix pine to DOS.
Porting has stopped ... so new features will NOT show up in the DOS port
:(
PC-PINE does can do SMTP, NNTP and IMAP.
(unlike pine pc-pine has no pop support, and the newer IMAP protocol is
not used widely yet)
