I think the last version was 1.9 ( I may have the number wrong) which
was at least three or more years ago. I've heard Minuet works
great except for its limited web browsing capabilities.

Cross Point
Snews (Simple News) is freeware with source code available and is
written in C, so maybe that would be adaptable for use as an Arachne
plug-in.
