Two lives lost so far. :( Both washed from cars trying to cross
flooded roadways. A 12 yr old and a 53 yr old.
But a lot of livestock may not make it. The water is still up, but
dropping slowly. The centre of Grafton, NSW, is accessible only by
boat.
But I live in Victoria, about 7 - 800 miles south of those floods.
Here, we have drought and a record-breaking hot spell. We could use some
of their water.
