Dear List:

I don't know much about this sort of thing. I am reluctant perhaps
to believe that such is possible in straight DOS {not Windows 16-bit
either}. As for Opera {the version you refer to} does it run with
Win32s? I am reluctant to download more without first being SURE that
it will work on my machine. Perhaps on a computer with more RAM, etc.
but my sister wants Windows, because that is a business standard. So
why should I prefer Opera if I am not going to use it in any practical
way {can you subscribe to any bill-paying service using an external
program like SSHDOS client?} Is this a panic going on because of the
WEB-STANDARDS.org? I hope they fail. Which leads me back to the same
thing-- why don't use Netscape, since I will not need more external
stuff and that requires Linux. I like being a DOS user too, but that's
not the point. I feel that Arachne can meet my needs for most things.
Even Michael uses Netscape, but not with Windoze. Enough said.

Yours,

Thomas
