I have to install the Central European fonts in order to read
accented characters. Arachne can display only one code page at a
time. DOS E-mail client Pegasus looks at the message header and
translates the 8bit characters into the current DOS codepage. So I
can read Russian mail (that has been written in cyrillic) with Czech
letters (Latin II). But the declaration of the code page in the
message header is vital for that.
