I don't know, if the ability to take partial screenshots is needed for a
"simple" web browser. AFAIK neograb.exe (comes with Neopaint) allows
this feature. On the other hand, You can load the full screenshot
created by A. into Your most favorite image processor and cut the things
not needed away. You can also reduce colours to save bandwidth.
