Are ZBMs only for those who are fortunate enough to be running the latest
and greatest version of Arachne? What about all those poor unfortunate
souls who are stuck with crippled operating systems such as Windows 95 and
above, and with inferior components such as WinModems? For them it isn't
just a simple matter of clicking on a hyperlink to download and install
the latest Arachne. They would have to upgrade their operating systems and
their components as well. Not just everybody has a system that is capable
of handling such an advanced browser as Arachne.
