This page describes some real cool DOS utilities that are supposedly
available to the public as freeware.
Click on a download link and you will get an error page having a message
same as in subject. Also you will see a note saying "You are not authorised
to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied".
The page doesn't even say what you need to have or whom you need to know
in order to obtain your free download. They don't even have a login page
or a signup page.
