I had already looked at the above URL. This didn't make any sense to me
because the website in question had no login screen or signup page. There
was nothing on the website saying that file permissions are restricted.
The webpage was announcing that the files listed on the page were all
freeware that they were trying to give away to anyone clicking on the
download link. For these reasons I don't understand why I should have
been referred to this error page.
