There is no reason why Arachne should be supporting Hotmail. Hotmail
should be supporting Arachne, just as it used to several years ago before
they were bought out by Micr$oft. Bill Gate$ doesn't want anything on
the web to support anything other than his own products. Before Hotmail
was bought out by Micro$oft it used to work just fine with Arachne, Nettamer
and Bobcat. Not anymore. You don't need Hotmail. Hotmail isn't good for
anyone anyway. Hotmail is notorious for its security holes. You can get an
excellent web-based email service that works with Arachne at
http://www.valise.com. Turn frames off. This site does use some JavaScript
in a limited way, but there are non-java links at the site that will provide
you with ample workarounds to access all of the features. BTW, Valise also
works with Bobcat and Lynx386, but not with Nettamer.
