Nonsense.  It doesn't exist on x86, so it's
neither comfortable nor a solution for most
of us.

What problem?  Even brain-dead newbies are able to 
point-and-click through the latest Linux desktops.
A pre-installed and pre-configured Linux system
is just as easy to use as a pre-installed and
pre-configured Windows system.
