Hi Curtis:

I have experience in using more than a dozen different email clients,
some for Windows, and others for DOS. So far I have not yet come across
any that do not offer some provision for composing and replying to email
while offline. Some email clients lend themselves better to offline use
than others. Arachne's InSight Mailer is one of the easiest to use,
whether online or off.

Your sister probably can use her email program exactly after the manner
you have described above. If her email program is some kind of oddity
that just won't work that way, then I would recommend that she should
install and use a program that will.

All the best,

Sam Heywood
