When she clicks on "Send unsent mail" all the messages that were in the
"Outbox" are sent, and, as a result, the messages are no longer to be found
in the "Outbox". To find them she should look in the "Sent mail" box.

If she wants to send them again she can open them in the "Sent mail" box
and click on "Edit and resend". Of course she would probably have no reason
to want to send them again unless she wanted to correct a typo or some other
error, or to change addressees, or to provide clarification or additional
commentary to the messages that she had already sent.
