Or she can try this steps:
1. Run a file manager
(Dos Navigator/Volcov Commander/Norton Commander/Windows).
2. Find a file with followin string: "*.tbs" (without quotes)
3. If she'll found this files, please write to list, I'll help more. If
not, try C.V.'s suggestions.
