What Arachne does with downloaded files depends on the mime type the source
server uses to describe the file. Unfortunately, it appears that most servers
default the file type to TEXT/PLAIN unless they have been properly programmed
to describe it otherwise.
This means that while MOST times .EXEs and .ZIPs will be handled properly by
Arachne because the mime type is correct, there will definitely be other
times when it is wrong. :(
To see the information that Arachne is working with regarding a specific
file, hit "=".
