What Arachne really needs is a way to simply download without knowing or caring
about the file type, as is done in Lynx by typing 'd' on a link. Then Lynx
simply downloads the file without displaying, even if it is a type normally
displayable such as HTML. User is prompted after download for a file name and
path to save to, with a default name and path offered, and there is no fishing
the cache.
