AFAIK there are several rolls of film on one CD, they just add it after the
others (by using multi-session).
Also images in PCD (Photo CD) format are quite large, but since no
compression is used (not even RuntimeLengthEncoding that BMP files can use)
they are large not as a result from good quality.
One of these days I'll take time to photo myself with my digital camera so
you can, if you wish to, see exactly how stupid I look ;-)
