Unfortunately, Win3.1 is even deader than DOS and I can't imagine anyone
bothering to write Win3.1 specific drivers as the entire Windows
contingent has long since migrated onward and upward.
Isn't there a capable DOS graphics program? What's it called
Graphics Workshop for DOS, or something like that?
But maybe that doesn't have up-to-date video drivers anymore.
