There are some relatively recent bits and pieces for Win 3.1, and
there is still stuff being written. Remember, DOS stuff "usually" runs
under Win 3.1.

Yes, that is what it is called. Still a pretty good program from
Alchemy MindWorks. Shareware. I have it. :)
