http://groups.google.com is a great way to read Usenet newsgroups with Arachne. Recently, google has added an option to post also. In order to post from google, you must first register with an email address (google specifically recommends acquiring a throwaway account on any of the free email services). I attempted to register using Arachne, but it does not work. There are 4 fields to fill in--email address, name, and password twice--and one radio button to accept the terms of service. Every time I fill in the form and try to submit it, I get back a response that some info is missing. The response shows my name and email address, but the password fields are blank, and the "no" button (for accepting TOS) is checked instead of the "yes" button. No matter how many times I correct the form and resubmit it, I keep getting the same error. I tried with Lynx on a Linux, and the registration went right through. -- ...This msg brought to you by NEIL PARKS Beachwood, Ohio mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.en.com/users/neparks/
