Download speed in my experience with 14400 modem was 80000 bytes/minute under
favorable conditions. With CompuServe, I was lucky to get 52000 bytes/minute.
So downloading Arachne should take about 13 minutes.

However, I must caution you that v1.70;r3 has one very nasty bug.
The "run-away download" bug is a real killer. :((
For that reason, my advice is to try v1.69 instead.
