I'm not certain whether the problem is the way the map is referenced
[actually there are two "maps" on this page], whether it's the long
lines of code necessitated by polygon coordinates [some over 300
characters long] or the fact that the map definitions are after the
'end of body' tag.
If you go to the URL you'll see the page does load ... it's the links
from the "map" that don't work ... even though Arachne picks up some
of what it needs, the end result is an error message.
