At first I thought the problem might be the loooooooonnngggg URLs
So, I tried my "special" v1.64 (can do 400 character URLs)

No luck.

Next, I fired-up NS4
No problem.

A further diagnosis of the site shows......

The second page that we link to *is* accessed.
We are then redirected to that error page because we don't have the
"correct" browser.

It seems that M$-IIS/5.0 is doing a "browser check" and can be setup to
block-out "incorrect" browsers.
