Any fans left for 1.64?

My tests at the time showed it to be a tad
faster than 1.66 when coping with obese
slashdot type pages. I can't remember what
benefits the 1.66 - 1.69 series may have had.
Somewhere along the line the JPEG-in-frame
bug arrived, and still remains.
