Welcome, Laurie!!!

You have *no* idea how wonderful it feels for me to see the name of
another fantastic female appear on the list. Being alone here, I've
almost felt outnumbered at times!

Sounds like you have more legacy systems than *I* do. My problem is
lack of a spare monitor, and lack of a place to set up another box in my
"office" space ... the workshop is in the kitchen as it is. That's not
an inconvenience, actually, as it allows me to honestly say I spend time
"in the kitchen" just like any "normal" woman. };>

Amid all the hardware you have, you wouldn't happen to have any LAN
stuff you don't need, would you?? I really do need to figure out how to
set up here so at least two computers can be accessing the cable at the
same time... and I refuse to even consider "Windoze Networking."

Anyway, hang on and hang in and welcome to the world of legacy mania.
