Assuming the OS/2 partition is still intact, all the floppy would have to do is
redirect the boot process to the OS/2 partition. But I notice OS/2 Boot Manager
size > 1.44 MB, and three 1.44 MB diskettes are required to boot OS/2 Warp 4
from drive A for installation or maintenance purposes. Now I keep getting
TRAP 000d on the second of these three diskettes. Now I wonder if I can delete
OS/2 Boot Manager partition and add that space to my DOS partition on first hard
disk, without destroying all data on the DOS partition. OS/2 Boot Manager
partition is essentially dead wood now.
I think Warp Server for e-business and eComStation don't use the Boot Manager
from OS/2 Warp 3 & 4 any more?
My CD-ROM drive, at SCSI ID 2, is not bootable. I think Trantor T130B SCSI BIOS
doesn't recognize CD-ROM. This Trantor T130B SCSI is 1992 vintage, which is
ancient with regard to computer technology. I wonder if there is any way in DOS
to boot a would-be bootable CD when BIOS doesn't support CD boot.
