Unfortunately, they see M$ e-Government as a system they can sell
on to other countries. Our Prime Minister requires a "facilitator"
whenever he poses in front of a PC.
Attempting to access the Tesco supermarket home-delivery site with
Arachne gave a URL with "bad-browser" (or similar) as part of it.
It's been announced today that Tesco has sold its e-commerce system
to Safeway in the US. In the UK they are arch rivals!
