If I recall correctly, Insight displays the HTML duplicates as links.
You can just "clik" on the link to view it I think. 
I normally discard them when I read mail with Arachne. 
Unfortunately, I don't get that option with Netscape. It displays a HTML
duplicate automatically and on screen it just appears as a second copy.

Arachne probably displayed it as text because the server identified the
file type of the jpeg improperly as text/plain. 
Just select the attachment and when the text garbage is on the screen,
hit F2 and save it as whatever.jpg. 
Then enter whatever.jpg (or download\whatever.jpg) into the URL slot
(hit F3 or G to get there) and Arachne will display it properly.
