Yes, it's still available and it has not changed.
It *IS* pretty awful tho. Is there any chance you could get EGA ?

I think so.

Well, there is the Options|Preferences section where you can select HTML
background colors and text colors, but I don't know if they will always
dominate - try it. <G>
