Yes, it IS malicious and aimed at the 32bit Windows email client -
specialy Outlook Express.
I get an average of three to five a week, about a third of them in
Spanish and the others in English - Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
....Ha Ha Ha ..
It is very persistent.
