is some additional info on EXTED150.APM:
It is not sufficient to restore your old MAIL.HTM simply by copying it
over the new MAIL.HTM created by the ATM. Any pre-existing MAIL.HTM
*must* be modified in the appropriate section by the same or similar
manner as shown in the following excerpt:
