Sorry I assumed you would know..IBM PC DOS ver 6.3

I don't know but what are the problems with FAT32 ? I did not know you
could run FAT32 under dos. Interestingly I have FAT32 enabled on this
Win95 machine and it still (in dos mode) reports 16K cluster size.
I am about to remove win95 on this machine..JUST HAD A THOUGHT is the
problem something to do with running DOS programs in FAT32 ?
(or swapping files between machines)
