Where might you be able to buy such CDs even if they still exist? Walnut Creek
CDROM was taken over by BSDI, then by Wind River, and everything not related to
BSD OS or FreeBSD was discontinued. Besides, some of the more important stuff
may be outdated; updates would not be on the CD.
