The CD is probably burnt with the Romeo filesystem. Unlike Juliet Romeo
isn't ISO compatible (sorry I can't remember the number right now). It
does increase the length of the filenames (64 characters instead of 32
IIRC).

Do you mean ISO9660? What OS(es) read Romeo filesystem? Are you sure the other
one is Juliet (as in Romeo's lover from Skakespeare), not Joliet (like a city in
Illinois, though I don't know if that's where the name came from)?
