Hello:
When visiting the URL named below, I cannot view the source when
I press F6. I can save the URL by pressing F2, but I cannot view
the source by pressing F6. All I get is a blank black screen. I
have never had this problem before. Can anyone explain it?

I had wanted to view the source because I noticed that many words
run together on this page and I was curious as to the reason. When
viewing the saved file with an ascii file viewer I see many high ascii
characters in the raw HTML. Why is this otherwise very good web page
so messed up with the high ascii characters and the words running
together?
Errors such as this are a shame and they reflect most unfavorably on
the public school system in an adjoining county. This page was
put on line by the public schools and it is designed for the purpose
of teaching school children about the history of the American Civil War.
I think any smart computer literate 14 year old school kid could have
fixed the problems. Children should start instructing their teachers
on how to do the job right.
