Anyone on this list who wishes to come out as a Turtle may simply
send me evidence of his knowledge of the Secret Teaching. All
those whom I find to have been properly instructed will be duly
recognized and their presence among us will be noted. Besides
David Ratti, Robert Engle, and myself, is anyone else on this
list a Turtle?
