CDs ;-) Ok, they are used like this:
If you want LFNs with more length in them than Joliet allows you'll go for
this. It's not according to the ISO standard and (often?) creates (atleast)
two tracks on the disc. The first one is in normal ISO9660 and then
contains a message that the CD can't be used without Windows 9x/NT. There
may be a few advantages since you get more filename length but the
disadvantages are way too large IMHO.
