Looks like you spotted that one all right.  I have been getting
Magistr virii of varying file sizes.  They come from people I
don't know.  They say these email virii are sent out to people
on one's mailing list and the sender is unaware that his system
is infected.  If these virii are being sent out inadvertently
to people on the sender's mailing list, then they would be coming
from people I know.  Many people these days are reporting
receiving email virri from people they don't even know.  I think
many of these virii are being sent out deliberately.  I do not
accept the explanation given by most ISPs that the virii are
being sent to you by friends and relatives and associates who
don't know that their machines are infected.  I think the ISPs are
just lying to us because they want all the virus victims to have
an attitude of forgiveness for the damage they have suffered from
others.  If any lawsuits should ensue the ISPs could be held liable
for being so irresponsible as to allow these virii to be propagated
through their mail servers.
