I think Bernie estimated 2.5 GB including /gnuish.
The *actual* download for me (/msdos), as reported
by wget, was:
"Downloaded: 1,884,283,743 bytes in 12755 files"
which takes up 1892244k of ext2fs disk space.
I'll be interested to see how much space is taken
up on a DOS FS... that is, I'm *assuming* you're
putting this on a DOS hard drive, yes?
