Not that I remember my estimate, but it was including /gnu (which contains
/gnuish and /djgpp). I also added some to make sure there was enough space
for anyone willing to download. Actual size should be somewhere around
2.1-2.2 GB. In my experience assuming something will use more space on your
drive than you first thought is good.
Also, the simtel.net tree is diffrent then it was when I got things,
especially since it changed on several places from my first storage of the
structure to the time I got around to getting the files (some files had
changed in size).

I put it on a 2GB FAT16 drive for transportation home, then onto a FAT32
drive (36GB or so), to another 2GB FAT16 drive and then onto CD. Moving the
files across the network was the most boring part since I soon got the well
known bug in Me that leaks both memory and CPU time when copying/moving files.
