Smiley Faces in arachne.cfg

Hi folks,

got 'em!
Here is what I did:
Went to http://home.earthlink.net/%7emidimouse7/frame.html.
Hit Q (request all links).
Arachne d/led all midi stuff there and displayed the "What to do with
this stuff" requester. When finished d/ling all files Arachne went backto above url.
Hit I (inbox). Wrong colors in display and You have 4 smiley faces in
arachne.cfg. This can be reproduced.
My Arachne version: 1.70 rev.2
