you left a "7" out this last time, but I remembered it so I could put it
in where it belonged. <G>

However, using 1.70r3 nothing happened to my Arachne.Cfg file...
absolutely nothing!  It hasn't even been  touched since I booted up. I
know this because I use Norton Commander and sort by time.

I really struggled with 1.70 ... it is a piece of whoknowswhat.

That's why Michael revised it almost as soon as we started downloading.

I suggest two things.  Make a clean profile file and keep it in your
main directory ... something like "perfect.acf" ... so you can repair
Arachne.Cfg whenever it gets trashed.

Second thing .. move to 1.70r3  Because it does more things it's not
quite as stable as 1.66, but it runs rings around 1.70 when it comes to
reliability.

P.S. I wish it had changed my Arachne.cfg file ... so maybe we could
have gotten a better handle on those faces.
